Ordering & delivery
How do I place an order?
Choose your flowers, select any available options, and add them to your cart. You can then add a gift, choose delivery or pickup, select an available date, and write your card message before checkout.
Do you offer same-day flower delivery?
Yes, same-day delivery is available, subject to availability. Check the available dates in your cart. For an urgent order, call (818) 772-7610 so our team can help.
How do I choose my delivery date?
In your cart, select Local Delivery and choose an available date from the calendar. For a time-sensitive occasion, please call us to discuss your needs before placing your order.
Can I pick up my order?
Yes. Choose Store Pickup in your cart and select an available pickup date. Flower World is located at the corner of Roscoe and Reseda in Northridge.
How much is delivery, and do you deliver to my address?
Delivery is $10 for addresses up to 10 miles from our shop, and $30 for addresses over 10 miles and up to 25 miles away. We do not accept deliveries beyond 25 miles. Distance is measured as a radius from Flower World at 8323 Reseda Boulevard, #108, Northridge, CA 91324. Enter the recipient’s address at checkout to confirm eligibility.
Cards, gifts & custom flowers
Can I include a personal card message?
Yes. Add your message in the Card message field in your cart. It is optional and allows up to 290 characters. Write it exactly as you would like it to appear, and include your name if you want the recipient to know who sent the flowers.
Can I add a teddy bear or another gift?
Yes. Visit Gifts & Add-ons, select a gift and any available color options, then choose Add to my order. You will return to your cart to finish your flower order.
Can you create a custom bouquet or flowers for an event?
We can help with custom bouquets, wedding flowers and event arrangements. Call (818) 772-7610 to discuss your occasion, preferred colors and budget.
What if I need to change an order?
Please call us as soon as possible at (818) 772-7610 with your order number and the change you need. Our team will check the order’s progress and let you know what is possible.
Flower care & store information
How can I help my flowers stay fresh?
For cut flowers in a vase, keep the water fresh, use a clean vase, and trim the stems at an angle when refreshing the water. Place your flowers in a cool spot away from direct sunlight and heat. Contact us for care advice specific to your arrangement.
What are your opening hours?
We are open Monday–Saturday, 10:00 AM–7:00 PM, and Sunday, 10:00 AM–3:00 PM. These are local Northridge, California times. For holiday hours, please call before visiting.
